Dixon Park Rules: 5 a.m.–11 p.m. Hours, Dogs on Leashes and No Glass Containers

DIXON — November 2, 2026. The City of Dixon’s Parks Department publishes citywide park rules alongside a directory of park facilities and reservation links.

Public park hours

The city lists public park hours from 5 a.m. until 11 p.m., with restrooms generally available from 7 a.m. to sunset. Alcohol and glass containers are prohibited under the posted city rules.

Rules for pets and vehicles

The city says dogs must be on a leash beside the person responsible and owners must clean up pet waste. Vehicles are not permitted on park grass or park paths.

Planning a group event

The city’s park directory includes Hall, Patwin, Veterans and several other parks, with facility information and reservation paths. Check requirements for reserving a group area rather than assuming a picnic table grants an exclusive booking.
